Paul Wesley and wife Ines de Ramon have separated after three years of marriage. The Vampire Diaries actor was previously married to Chicago Med actress Torrey DeVitto.
"The decision to separate is mutual and occurred five months ago. They request privacy at this time," a representative told PEOPLE magazine in a statement. The Vampire Diaries actor and the 29-year-old jewelry professional were first rumoured to be dating in 2018 when they were seen holding hands during a romantic date night and then later privately got married in early 2019.
The then-couple did not confirm publicly their wedding until their one-year anniversary. As per the report, the pair was later spotted in what appeared to be matching wedding bands during another outing in February 2019.
Paul Wesley was popularly known as Stefan Salvatore in the CW drama, The Vampire Diaries. Before Ines de Ramon, the actor was in a four year relationship with The Originals actress Phoebe Tonkin. Prior to that, he was married to Torrey DeVitto between 2011 and 2013.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Paul Wesley was last seen in Star Trek: Strange New Worlds.
